Mohammad Adwan

Mohammad Adwan serves as a Lecturer in Business and Management at the University of Sunderland, teaching quality, risk, aviation, and hospitality subjects while supervising master's projects in international business management, aviation, and hospitality studies. His academic base is the Reg Vardy Centre, where he contributes to both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

With over a decade of professional experience in multinational organizations including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, Royal Jordanian Airlines, Ambassador Theatre Group Limited, and Entain PLC, he brings substantial industry expertise to his academic role. Adwan holds a BA and MBA with distinctions, and is currently completing his PhD at the University of Sunderland, focusing on historical aviation industry analysis and pandemic-era employee behavior.
