Mohammad Abdur Razzaque

Dr. Mohammad Abdur Razzaque is an Associate Professor (Research & Innovation) at the School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies, Teesside University. He holds a PhD in Distributed Systems from University College Dublin (U.C.D.) and degrees from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. His research focuses on Generative AI, Cybersecurity, and IoT, with over 75 peer-reviewed publications (h-index 30, 4k+ citations). Key areas include secure machine learning, AI-driven cybersecurity, and IoT integration with digital twins/AR/VR. He has secured £1M+ in research funding and supervises nine PhD students. External roles include Editor of the Int. Journal of Dis. Sensor Networks, keynote speaker on Generative AI ethics, and IEEE senior member.
