Mo Zhang is a Professor at Temple University with expertise in conflict of laws, Chinese legal systems, and international commercial transactions. He directs the Temple University Rule of Law Program in China and teaches Chinese Contract Law at Tsinghua University Law School as a specially invited professor. Previously a Fulbright scholar and faculty member at China University of Politics and Law, he brings extensive practical experience from US legal practice.
