Mo-Ling Chui is the Course Leader for MA Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, where she oversees curriculum development and teaching. She concurrently works as a consultant in design strategy, innovation coaching, and equity-centered facilitation. Previously, she served as a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for BA (Hons) Design Management at London College of Communication (UAL) from 2015 to 2024.
Her research focuses on applying ethnographic and equity-centered approaches to:
- Creative pedagogies and design competencies
- EDI (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) futures in social design
- Cultural branding and participatory projects
- Sustainable innovation in healthcare and creative industries
She holds:
- MA in Interactive Multimedia (London College of Printing)
- BA in International Relations & Asian Studies (University of British Columbia)
- PG Cert in Art & Design (HEA Fellow)
- ICF-accredited coaching training (in progress)

- Design Innovation Coach for Mayor of London’s Workforce Integration Design Lab
- Board Trustee at Kakilang (East/Southeast Asian arts organization)
