Dr. Mladen Adamovic is a Senior Lecturer in Global Management and Leadership at King’s Business School, King’s College London, and serves as the Student Exchange Coordinator. His research focuses on Global Management (including ethnic discrimination, AI, and workplace culture) and Leadership (glass ceiling, virtual teams, and resilience). He holds a PhD from the University of Toulouse and multiple degrees from institutions like the Universities of Kiel, Rennes, Lisbon, and Belgrade.
