Mitchell B. Schaffler is a CUNY Distinguished Professor and Wallace H Coulter Professor in the Biomedical Engineering department at City University of New York (CUNY). He conducts research on osteocyte biology, bone mechanosignaling, and skeletal aging mechanisms.
