Miranda Steege is a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Pittsburgh, affiliated with the Kenneth P. Dietrich School of Arts & Sciences. Her work bridges queer theory, Victorian literature, and fan studies, with a focus on interdisciplinary creative and critical practices. She holds a PhD in English from UC Riverside.
Her research explores intersections of queer sexual ethics, Victorian Spiritualism, and contemporary pop culture.
