Minki Kim

Minki Kim is an Associate Professor at the KAIST College of Business in South Korea. He currently holds multiple administrative roles including Head of the KAIST Graduate School of Business, Faculty Chair of the KAIST MBA program, and Director of the KAIST Seoul Business Incubation Center for Startups (2023–present).

His research focuses on Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, and Start-up Incubation. He has received significant recognition from KAIST College of Business, including the Impact Research Award (2022) and dual awards for education and academic excellence (2023).
