Professor Ming-Chiang Lin is a full-time faculty member at the College of Law, National Taiwan University (NTU). Holding a Dr. iur. from the University of Heidelberg, he specializes in administrative law, public service law, planning law, building law, and police law. Joining NTU in 1994 after serving as an Assistant Research Fellow at Academia Sinica (1993-1994), he also currently serves as the Director of the EU-Law-Center at NTU College of Law.
His research and teaching focus on interdisciplinary legal fields, including:

- Urban Planning Law
Professor Lin has authored influential works such as The Study of Administrative Contract Law, Public Service Law, and Taiwan Animal Law, with over 100 publications in law journals.
