Dr. Militza Callinan is a Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour & HRM at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Manchester Business School and qualifications in higher education teaching and coaching. With over a decade of experience, she designs and delivers MBA, EMBA, Masters, and Undergraduate courses, and previously served as Programme Director for MSc Management.
Her research focuses on individual differences and behaviour, particularly personality applications in organizational assessment, selection, and development. Current interests include team personality composition, personality stability, intentional personality change, and deceptive self-presentation. She has secured over £200k in research funding from ESRC and Leverhulme Trust.
Dr. Callinan supervises PhD, Masters, and Undergraduate research projects and has received teaching accolades including the LUBS Alumni Favorite Lecturer (2014) and runner-up for Inspirational Teaching (2018). She is affiliated with the Workplace Behaviour Research Centre and maintains professional memberships with multiple psychological societies.
