About
Milena Pavlovic is a Research Fellow in the RealArt convergence environment at the University of Oslo's Department of Informatics, working at the intersection of machine learning and causal inference with applications in biomedical domains. She teaches and supervises master's students within the department.
Her research develops machine learning approaches for adaptive immune receptor repertoires (AIRRs), including creation of the immuneML software platform to standardize and improve reproducibility in AIRR analysis. Current work investigates robustness enhancement through causal inference frameworks.
Publications demonstrate focus on immunological biomarkers, COVID-19 risk modeling, and antibody-antigen interaction prediction. Research consistently integrates machine learning with biomedical applications.
