Milan Radojević

Milan Radojević, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Architecture, specializing in the Department of Architectural Technologies. His academic roles include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses on installations, facility management, and architectural design. He holds a B.Sc. (1992), M.Sc. (1998), and Ph.D. (2011) from Belgrade's Faculty of Architecture and is a licensed architect since 2006. His research focuses on construction technology, facility management, resource management, and sustainable architectural practices. He has contributed to numerous international projects, including the INTERREG DANUBE RURALSCAPES initiative and the DANUrB+ project, addressing heritage-based rural development and urban resilience. His publications span facility management during pandemics, energy-efficient retrofits of historic buildings, and BIM integration in heritage documentation. He has edited collections on building services and authored textbooks like Održavanje objekata i upravljanje (Building Maintenance and Management). His work emphasizes practical applications of architectural technologies in both contemporary and heritage contexts.
