Milan Pilipović

Milan Pilipović is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka. His academic focus spans Constitutional Law, Comparative Constitutional Systems, and Parliamentary Law, with particular emphasis on the constitutional structures of post-Yugoslav states.
