Mikołaj Rylski

Dr. Mikołaj Rylski is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin, affiliated with the Department of Labor Law and Social Policy. His research focuses on employment law, including atypical employment forms, collective redundancies, and social aspects of labor law. He holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Szczecin and has been recognized nationally and internationally for his contributions to labor law research.
