Dr Mike Marriott is a Principal Lecturer in Psychology at Nottingham Trent University's School of Social Sciences. He is a registered clinical psychologist with roles including co-chair of the national Group of Trainers in Clinical Associates (in Applied) Psychology (GTiCA(A)P) and management responsibilities for departmental culture, including leading the Athena Swan Silver accreditation. His academic roles include teaching clinical psychology practice, undergraduate psychology, and supervising research projects across levels.
Education: Began at University of Wales, Bangor with scholarships and grants for stroke survivor research, followed by clinical psychology training at University of Sheffield.
