Mike Bagshaw

Mike Bagshaw is an Associate Lecturer in Leadership at the University of Worcester's Department of Management and Finance. With over 20 years of international consultancy experience, he specializes in organizational psychology, leadership development, and management training for both public and private sectors.

His research focuses on creativity in leadership and effectiveness of leadership training programs. Teaching expertise includes leading change, team development, emotional intelligence, and decision-making processes. An experienced conference speaker and British Psychological Society member, he also provides executive coaching for organizational leaders.
