Miho Oda is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Pure and Applied Biochemistry within the Faculty of Engineering (LTH) at Lund University and a member of the LTH Profile Area: Engineering Health.
Her research centers on medical applications of proteins for diagnostics and therapeutics, with expertise in protein engineering of antibody-enzyme complexes for electrochemical biosensing platforms. Current work investigates enamel matrix proteins like amelogenin for biomineralization-inspired biomaterials and regenerative medicine applications. She bridges fundamental protein science with translational biomedical solutions addressing clinical needs through interdisciplinary approaches spanning biochemistry, biotechnology, and materials science.
