Miguel Mosteiro is a Professor and Chair of the Computer Science Department at Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, Pace University. He earned his PhD and MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, Argentina.
