Michiel Schoemaker

Dr. Michiel Schoemaker is a core lecturer for the Human and Organizational Development program at AOG School of Management, which is affiliated with the University of Groningen. He also serves as the moderator of the Permanent Academy.

Dr. Schoemaker holds a PhD from Radboud University Nijmegen. His academic and professional journey spans over thirty years, during which he has combined roles as a consultant, author, and researcher with his academic responsibilities.
