Michelle Tytherleigh is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Chester's School of Psychology, specializing in positive psychology applications in educational settings. As a Chartered Psychologist and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she researches strengths-based approaches to wellbeing, hope, compassion, and mattering in academic environments.
