Michelle Rene Darnell is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Management and Organization at The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business. She serves as Director of the Tarriff Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility and the college’s Honor and Integrity Director.
