Dr. Michelle Munro-Kramer is an Associate Professor and Suzanne Bellinger Feetham Professor of Nursing at the University of Michigan School of Nursing, serving as Director of Global Programs in the Department of Health Behavior and Clinical Sciences. She holds certifications as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). Her research focuses on gender-based violence prevention, reproductive health, and global health, with projects in Ghana, South Africa, Liberia, and Zambia. Key initiatives include developing a web-based app (MKit) for sexual violence prevention and evaluating maternity waiting homes in rural Zambia.
