Michelle Jeitler

Margaret 'Michelle' Jeitler is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Marietta College. She joined the institution in 2010 and holds dual BS degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry, along with an MAT in Mathematics from the University of Idaho. Her teaching portfolio spans introductory to advanced courses such as Engineering & Mathematical Statistics I, Numerical Analysis, and Precalculus. Research focuses on statistical analysis of ultramarathons, emphasizing gender performance differences. Beyond academia, she actively participates in Ironman triathlons and ultramarathons.
