Michelle Fellows is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Kenai Peninsula College, part of the University of Alaska Anchorage system. She joined the KPC faculty in summer 2020, moving from southern Idaho to teach psychology courses on the Kenai Peninsula Campus.
Her educational background includes:
- Ph.D. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin (2009)
- B.A. in Psychology from Boise State University (2003)
Dr. Fellows specializes in emotional development in young children and teaches developmental psychology, research methods, and statistics courses. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes connecting psychological science to real-world applications while developing practical, employable skills for students. She maintains regular office hours in the Walter E. Ward Building (WWB) on Mondays (12:30-1:30 p.m.), Tuesdays (1-2 p.m. and 5:30-6 p.m.), and Fridays (9-10 a.m.).
