Michele Clarke is the Head of the School of Law and a Senior Lecturer in Policing at the University of Worcester, serving as Course Lead for the College of Policing licenced BA (Hons) Degree in Professional Policing. She is also the University Safeguarding Lead (Students). Prior to academia, she spent 17 years in policing with the West Mercia Police Service, reaching the rank of Detective Sergeant, specializing in serious crime investigation, particularly domestic violence and abuse. She led detective training across West Mercia and Warwickshire Police in her later career.
