Michele Bledsoe

Michele Bledsoe, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor and Education Field Director at Saint Martin’s University’s College of Education and Counseling. With 30 years of public education experience, she has served as a special education teacher, general education teacher, assistant principal, and central office director. Her research focuses on social emotional learning, inclusion strategies, equitable discipline practices, and data-driven educational decisions.

Dr. Bledsoe holds certifications including K-12 Special Education, K-8 Elementary Education, and National Board Certification in Literacy. She emphasizes creating safe, welcoming school environments that foster growth for all students.
