Michele Andrasik is an Affiliate Associate Professor at the University of Washington with appointments in the Departments of Global Health and Occupational and Environmental Medicine. She serves as Director of Social Behavioral Sciences and Community Engagement for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center's HIV Vaccine Trials Network (HVTN) and COVID-19 Prevention Network, and as Principal Staff Scientist in the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Division, focusing on community partnerships in HIV and COVID-19 vaccine trials.
She holds a PhD and Master of Education (EdM), grounding her clinical health psychology expertise in educational theory. Her research spans public health, vaccinology, and community psychology, specializing in social behavioral sciences to build inclusive clinical trial frameworks that address priority community needs and enhance vaccine trial participation for HIV and emerging pathogens.

She operates within Fred Hutch's Vaccine and Infectious Disease Division, collaborating with the global HVTN consortium across five continents to advance equitable vaccine development.
