Michela Carraro is an Assistant Professor in the Information Systems, Supply Chain Management and Decision Making department at NEOMA Business School. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Padova (Italy) and previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Technische Universität München (Germany).

Michela has published in Human Relations and the Journal of Management & Governance, contributed a book chapter to A Research Agenda for Lean Management, and presented at Academy of Management conferences. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in digital and lean operational systems.
