Michela Carraro

Michela Carraro is an Assistant Professor in the Information Systems, Supply Chain Management and Decision Making department at NEOMA Business School. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Padova (Italy) and previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Technische Universität München (Germany).

• Member of the Academy of Management, Production and Operations Management Society, and European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology

Her research focuses on digital transformation, behavioral operations, and lean management, with a particular emphasis on micro-foundations of operational performance and team proactivity. Recent articles explore shared mental models in lean environments, SDGs in corporate reporting, and the impact of digital resources on traditional operations.

Michela has published in Human Relations and the Journal of Management & Governance, contributed a book chapter to A Research Agenda for Lean Management, and presented at Academy of Management conferences. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in digital and lean operational systems.
