Michel Rosenfeld is the University Professor of Law and Comparative Democracy, Justice Sydney L. Robins Professor of Human Rights, and Director of the Program on Global and Comparative Constitutional Theory at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. He holds adjunct and visiting professorships at institutions worldwide, including the University of Paris I (Pantheon-Sorbonne) and University of Genoa. He has held prestigious chairs such as the Blaise Pascal Research Chair at the École Normale Supérieure and the Fulbright-Tocqueville Chair.

He has authored or co-authored over a dozen influential books, including Comparative Constitutionalism: Cases and Materials (2022) and A Pluralist Theory of Constitutional Justice (2022).
