Michel Lallier

Dr. Michel Lallier is a pediatric surgeon and professor at the Université de Montréal's Department of Surgery. Specializing in complex pediatric transplants, he performs liver and kidney transplants for children, including groundbreaking adult-to-child liver reductions. He currently works at CHU Sainte-Justine and CHUM, balancing clinical practice with teaching medical students, residents, and surgical interns.
