Micheal Dewitt

Micheal Dewitt is an Instructor of Kinesiology at Methodist University within the College of Health Sciences & Human Services. He holds a B.S. from Methodist University and an M.S. from Barton University.

• NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
• Previously served as a strength and conditioning coach in the Army H2F program at Ft. Bragg

His research focuses on optimizing athlete and student performance in both athletic and academic settings, with a practical emphasis on holistic health approaches. At Ft. Bragg, he contributed to developing a fitness facility, co-headed an aquatic rehabilitation program for injured soldiers, and designed strength and conditioning protocols.
