Michał Fojutowski is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Environmental Resources and Geohazards, Institute of Geography and Spatial Organization of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IGiPZ PAN) in Toruń since 2019. He holds an MA in Physical Geography with Environmental Protection from Kazimierz Wielki University (2013). His work focuses on lake sediment analysis, microplastics pollution, and anthropogenic climate change impacts.
