Michael Z. Green

Michael Z. Green is a Professor of Law at Texas A&M University School of Law, holding the Dean’s Research Chair and directing the Workplace Law Program. His expertise spans Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, and Labor Law, with a focus on workplace arbitration, employment discrimination, and evidence rules in federal proceedings.

Research Interests: He investigates systemic issues in workplace law, including racial equity in employment, arbitration reforms, disability accommodations, and the impact of mandatory arbitration on worker rights. His work addresses intersections between labor rights, legal ethics, and social justice.
