Michael S.H. Shih

Michael S.H. Shih is a Professor in the Department of Accounting at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, Canada. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and has previously held academic appointments at National University of Singapore, University of Toronto, and University of Wisconsin. His research focuses on CEO accountability, earnings management, and executive compensation frameworks.
