Michael S. Sinha is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Health Law Studies, School of Law, Saint Louis University. He holds an M.D., J.D., and M.P.H., with expertise at the intersection of medicine and law. His research focuses on pharmaceutical policy, intellectual property, and gender equity in healthcare. Previously, he served at Harvard Medical School, Northeastern University School of Law, and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Dr. Sinha is affiliated with the Program On Regulation, Therapeutics, And Law (PORTAL) at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Centre for Advanced Studies in Biomedical Innovation Law (CeBIL) at the University of Copenhagen.
