Prof. Dr. Michael Oberfichtner serves as Professor at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU) since April 2023 and leads the department "Establishments and Employment" at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB). He is also a Research Fellow at the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA).
