Michael Mauskapf

Michael Mauskapf is an Assistant Professor of Management at Columbia Business School, where he teaches 'Introduction to Venturing' in the MBA curriculum. His research bridges organization theory, economic sociology, and computational social science to explore creativity, innovation, and success in cultural industries.

• Education: B.A. from University of Pennsylvania; M.A. and Ph.D. in Musicology from University of Michigan; completing Ph.D. in Management & Organizations at Northwestern University.
