Michael Lynch is Professor of Practice in the Department of Management and Florida Partnership Director of Blackstone LaunchPad at the University of Central Florida's College of Business. He teaches Entrepreneurship in Established Organizations, Technology Entrepreneurship, New Venture Design, and New Venture Implementation.
His research develops frameworks for teaching innovation and entrepreneurship skills, merging theoretical foundations with practical applications. Previously, he led the Florida expansion of Blackstone LaunchPad, now serving 370,000 students across seven institutions.
