Michael J. Nicholl

Michael J. Nicholl is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geoscience at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). His research focuses on vadose zone hydrology, environmental fluid mechanics, and geological engineering, with an emphasis on two-phase fluid flow dynamics in fractured rock systems. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Nevada Reno and has supervised graduate students in experimental, field, and numerical studies of subsurface fluid dynamics.
