Michael Gregory is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Coordinator of Clinical Education for the Athletic Training Program at New Mexico State University. He holds a BS in Athletic Training from California State University, Fullerton and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction with Kinesiology emphasis from NMSU.
His clinical expertise spans youth sports to professional athletes, including work with the Justin Boots Sports Medicine Team for rodeo athletes and as regional Athletic Trainer for the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. Research focuses on urgent/emergent care, manual therapies, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
Gregory teaches courses in the Athletic Training Program and Anatomy & Physiology, with goals to expand clinical rotations into non-traditional sports and performing arts.
