Michael Gideon

Michael Gideon serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Engineering Technology within the College of Engineering and Technology at Northern New Mexico College.

• Master's degree in IT/Security from Kaplan University

Dr. Gideon's research expertise spans Information Technology infrastructure, Cybersecurity frameworks, and Engineering Technology applications. His background in both academic instruction and industry leadership (previously serving as IT Department Chair at Career College of Northern Nevada) enables him to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical technological implementation in rapidly evolving digital landscapes.
