Michael Fischer

Dr. Michael Fischer is a Lecturer at the University of Mannheim's Chair of Business Education – Learning, Design & Technology. With over 30 years of experience across German and international universities, he specializes in higher education didactics, intercultural communication, and practice-oriented instructional design. Co-founder of the Baden-Württemberg Center for Higher Education Didactics, Fischer has led teaching coaching initiatives for two decades.
