Michael Engelhardt

Michael Engelhardt is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Texas at Austin, specializing in structural engineering, mechanics, and materials. His expertise includes steel structures, structural-fire engineering, earthquake engineering, and composite bridge design. He holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley (1989), an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana (1981), and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the same institution (1979).
