Michael Elliott

Michael Elliott is an Associate Professor at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy, Georgia Institute of Technology. He has been affiliated with Georgia Tech since 1991, previously serving as Assistant Professor (1984–1991). His research focuses on economic development, smart cities, energy and climate policy, and environmental policy.
