Michael D. Hurley

Michael D. Hurley is Professor of Literature and Theology at the University of Cambridge, where he has worked since 2005. His scholarly focus centers on literary style and form, with particular emphasis on their intersections with philosophy and theology.

Education:

• Four-year MA in English (Honours), Classics, and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews
• PhD from the University of Cambridge on Gerard Manley Hopkins's poetry
