Michael Christian

Dr. Michael Christian serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Counseling program at Trevecca Nazarene University. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Counseling and M.A. in Counseling from Trevecca, along with an M.Div. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

As a licensed professional counselor (LPC-MHSP, NCC) with advanced certifications (CSAT, CST), his clinical expertise includes:

• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples
• Sex addiction treatment
• Certified sex therapy practice

Dr. Christian maintains an active private practice treating individuals and couples while integrating clinical experience into his teaching. His approach emphasizes practical application of therapeutic techniques in graduate education.
