Michael Carrera

Michael Carrera is a Lecturer in the Music Production department at Berklee College of Music’s Boston campus, where he has served as Director for Faculty Technology Services for 17 years. He specializes in integrating technology into music education and has developed online curricula in partnership with First Act, Inc.

His work focuses on Music Technology, Electronic Music Production, and Children's Music. Carrera is an Avid Certified Instructor, Pro Tools Operator, and Logic Pro certified professional.

As a music producer, writer, and performer, Carrera’s band Debbie and Friends has garnered over 13 million YouTube views and a GRAMMY Award-winning collaboration on the 2012 album All About Bullies Big and Small.
