Michael Bozzi

Michael Bozzi serves as an Adjunct Professor in the University of Connecticut School of Business MBA program and Director of the MBA Office of Student Services. Appointed as the first civilian Honorary Commander for the Connecticut Air National Guard's 103rd Maintenance Group in June 2025, he leads a three-year civilian-military partnership initiative.

His research focuses on practical leadership applications across organizational hierarchies, with particular emphasis on translating military-civilian leadership parallels. Bozzi's work bridges structured institutional frameworks through stress mitigation techniques and progressive leadership development, especially relevant for service members preparing for deployments.
