Michael Berkics

Michael Berkics is an Assistant Professor and Lecturer at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), affiliated with the Department of Social Psychology and the Institute of Psychology. He holds active committee memberships in the Faculty Research Ethics Committee, Research Transparency Committee, and Quality Management Committee, reflecting his institutional engagement.

His research explores evolutionary psychology, partner selection strategies and preferences, competition dynamics, and political psychology. He also provides thesis guidance on topics including relationship satisfaction and self-esteem within evolutionary frameworks.
