Michael Bergen serves as Adjunct Associate Professor and Director of the Davidow Speech-Language Hearing Center (SLHC) at Brooklyn College, part of the City University of New York system. He has been employed by Brooklyn College since 1994 and played a key role in launching the CUNY Doctor of Audiology (AuD) Program. Bergen oversees operations of the SLHC, which supports three academic programs: the B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, the M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, and the doctoral Au.D program in Audiology.
